If you're looking for a high-quality wardrobe, I recommend the IKEA PAX system. The IKEA PAX system is one of the most versatile wardrobe systems I've worked with. It’s designed to meet all your wardrobe needs, can be customized to fit any space, and can be adjusted at any point in its lifespan.
Pros
Wide variety of inserts, including hanger rails, shelves, drawers, baskets, trays, and shoe racks
Numerous options to choose from
Can be disassembled and reassembled, making it ideal for renters or those planning to move
Relatively easy to assemble
Parts and replacements are available for a long time, as long as IKEA maintains the same design
Excellent corner system, allowing continuous span across two or more walls
Cons
Limited sizes: Available in widths of 50 cm, 75 cm, and 100 cm. They can rarely be cut to fit specific shapes (not recommended by IKEA). Heights are 201 cm and 236 cm (IKEA recommends at least 3-6 cm of space above, depending on the door type). Depths are 35 cm or 56 cm (without doors).
It doesn’t have a standard built-in option.
Steps to Follow:
Measure the space where you want to install the wardrobe, considering skirting boards, window sills, radiators, plugs, or any other obstacles.
Choose your design using the IKEA PAX planner website: PAX Planner
Order your selected items, making sure to include door hinges and handles if you opt for hinged doors.
Pick up or have your items delivered.
Assemble the wardrobe according to the instruction manuals, or book someone to do it for you (including myself) at contact@domall.co.uk.
Enjoy your new wardrobe!
